Just Stopped in

Have never been to Diva's before, but found myself driving from Reading just after noon last week and thought I'd stop in, grab a beer and check it out. Also wondered about their food, they claim to serve lunch..

Some chaos when I got there, door still locked and things not set up yet even though it was after noon, their opening time. They got this straightened out though and I sat and got a draft. Decent beer prices, food menu is a very short list of microwave items that I passed on. Three girls sitting around waiting for the music.

Girls looked pretty good for an early afternoon shift, dances were fine. Hard to just check the scene out when I was only one of two patrons there at the time. First dancer did a good job on stage then came around for a tip, and before I knew it she had asked to sit with me. I get that , and don't like to say no, but it doesn't give me much chance to just check the other dancers. Plus i have to maintain a conversation which sometimes i'm into and sometimes not. Anyway I bought her a drink too, seems the right thing to do on a slow day, and we chatted while I watched the other two dancers. Next one about the same and the third dancer a bit better looking - might have even gone for a dance with her.
