Pleasant surprise

The last time I had been to this club was 2 to 2 1/2 years ago, and I was thoroughly unimpressed with it at the time. It felt small, cramped, and run-down - definitely felt like it was going downhill, so I decided to let it wither. I went back on a recent Saturday night at the behest of one of the dancers there who transferred from another local club, and the change was staggering. I can't point to anything specific they've done - it hasn't been remodeled or anything like that, but the feel was 100% opposite what it was two years ago. It's still a smaller club, but it feels much more roomy and open inside - not nearly as cramped. It also not only doesn't feel run-down, but feels like a "diamond in the rough" - a small, unassuming, but relatively well-appointed treasure. They are no longer full nude, they have their liquor license back as of late February 2017. and they seem to have either never completed or reversed the name change, so they are currently a Pure Gold club rather than a Scores club.

Whatever they did to turn it around - kudos to them. This club is back on my list of places to visit.
