Why even be open?

Came here for lunch last week. Sat at the bar and the bartender helped me. Looking around, there was 2 waitresses sitting around and also 2 dancers sitting around. All of them were texting and I spoke to no one but the bartender in the hour I was there. It appeared anyone could go upstairs but I doubt there was anything up at the other bar either. I'm curious if anyone has seen this place with more than a hand full of people inside during the day. I'll probably check in on Opening Day to see if it's hoppin. I really don't see any reason to be open for lunch if it's dead like this consistantly.
