not terrible

Have been to a number of Vegas strip clubs over the years, but have been increasingly turned off by the poorer and poorer value proposition many of these clubs offer. Took my first trip to Vegas in two years recently, and decided to give the Palomino a shot for the first time. Arranged for the 'flying solo' package which provided transportation to and from the club, door fees, and two drink tickets for $60. Transport to the club was delayed a bit, but that ended up fine, as the club was initially pretty dead during an early/mid Sunday evening. Things quickly picked up, though, and it was more challenging to find a decent seat by the time I was leaving, soon after midnight. Club is older and a little bit run down.

VIP sessions start at $100 for 3 dances, fairly standard for Vegas. Note that there are no mandatory drink charges, and these dances take place in a cubbyhole with a curtain drawn, so privacy is decent. Those two items are not standard for Vegas. Longer time sessions are available for more $. Talent level was decent, though on pure physical attractiveness, not up to the level of the biggest clubs. This was my one strip club visit on this trip, had plenty to spend, and had a number of VIP sessions. Some of the better ones: Ellie, a blonde latino who provided a strong, satisfying grind and then requested a substantial tip (sigh). Dolly was also a strong grinder, while Callie was more sensual than physically stimulating.

Note that transport FROM the club can be dicey. Got plenty of phone calls from the club and driver once there were delays on my transport TO the club. Heading back, no one knew when the driver would be available, and no one seemed interested in finding out. Didn't end up waiting too long - 20 minutes, maybe - but it's a little unnerving.

Who knows when I'll be back to Vegas, but will consider a return visit here. But in general, Vegas clubs remain sub-par clubs from a value standpoint.
