Tucked away in a secluded spot right off of RT 40 and down the road from a bigger,well-known establishment,lies a hidden gem. The Manhatten Players Club(or is it the Wagon Wheel-both names are on the marqee) is an innocuous little place. No bigger than some people's apartments, it looks like the kind of place where you expect the talent to be below par. Nothing could be further from the truth.

The first thing that sets this club apart is the price. Its not cheap. This is no one-stop-in-a-parade-of-strip-clubs place.No,at $35 membership fee and $22 return fee,this is a destination club. With its high cost comes a refreshing aspect-no bachelor parties.Just serious patrons intent on having a good time--I have yet to see a single yellow bus on my many visits. Priceless.

When first entering the club(with your trusty little cooler-it is BYOB) you will be grateful for the absence of one thing. No annoying DJ! There is one main dance floor and another smaller one in the corner,with tables sprinkled between the two. In my numerous visits the club has been crowded,but never full.There is ample room to get a table,or move to the stage if you prefer.

And you will want to move to the stage.The talent is exquisite and caters to all tastes. Want a hot blond? How about a sexy African-American chick?Not to mention a Pueto-Rican temptress. They'll all here.With a rotation of about 15 dancers on a given night the variety is sure to please. Also pleasing is the friendliness of the dancers and staff. Due to its cozy atmosphere,the dancers are extremely approachable and make you feel like a regular on your first visit.

One sure way of drawing attention is to bring along a hot female companion.Like bees to honey,the dancers will flock to you giving your lady friend a night she won't soon forget.One note of caution though-your female friend must be pretty open-minded;the dancers are extremely friendly to females,taking liberties they would never dream of with men.
