Sonny's

I stopped visiting Sonny's awhile back for a variety of reasons, but with the closing of Centerfolds I decided to give it another try and I've made a couple of recent Saturday night visits. Cover charge is still $12. The interior of the club is still the same, it looks like Babe's of old, big stage in middle of the club, 2 girls dancing on stage at a time, tables and chairs around the stage. They've stopped with the rap and hip hop and I noticed quite a drop off in black dancers and customers. The club was fairly busy both nights I went though, mostly a blue collar crowd, there seemed to be lots of couples too. Dances were $10 at your table, $15 along the walls, $100 for 15 minutes in one VIP area, and I think they did $200 for 30 minutes (and $400 for hour) in the other VIP areas. The table/wall dances looked pretty tame so I only partook in the $100 for 15 minute dances (it was about 3 minutes a song so you get 4-5 songs). They are in a curtained off area of the club and there's plenty of mutual contact, nothing outlandish though. As for the girls, not much of a selection, of the 15-20 girls working on each visit, there were only 2 that caught my eye each visit. Look for Jessica, a hot brunette, great body, great personality, she's lots of fun. Overall, if you're in the area you can maybe have a good time, don't make a special trip though.
