Curves, might be your place.
First time in Tucson. First Club in Tucson. I'm a HiLiter guy, or a Bourbon Street guy, but I was dragged kicking and screaming to Tucson. I begin the evening at Curves, with full intentions of finishing at Eden. Never made it to Edens. $5.00 cover at the door, with a polite wand down. One strange thing, he asked if I was carrying any knives, or weapons. I of course lied. He still let me in. Strange things: Roof line getting into restroom area, and the raised seating area at the front of the club as you enter overlooking...the crowd?? Granted, I did not walk up onto the strange raised area, but I did not see a pole, or a stage. Just guys sitting at the rail, or behind at tables. I made the mistake of sitting at a table right when I walked in. Right next to stage 2, with 3 stages open, It was the only table open. Lasted 3 songs, then found a great table towards the back of the bar in front of the DJ booth. Typical small round table and ugly rolling stripper friendly, stain resistant, probably fire proof, chair. Drinks were $8.00 plus tip. Here is the fun part, damn what a mix of women! What do you like, because on a Friday I could look around and find it for you. From Emo to Alt, Mexican to WASP, and all colors in between. I had a great time. $10 on the floor with good mileage, closer to HiLiter than BSC. Next strange thing, The Champagne Room has signs that read "$20.00 per song". But every lady that invited me back said $25. Stuck with floor dances, which, depending your choice of girl, were great dances. If you are in town and need a fun, seemingly safe, kinda club, Curves is your place. Lots of 8's and 9's to choose, from, but If I found my dime, I might take her to the back, and negotiate for the $20 rate.
Honor? I'll show ya my honor!
