Paradise by any other name...

Finally got a chance to check out Paradise. I've read about COI and surrounding clubs for some time, so was excited to get my opportunity.

Oddly, my GPS tried to take to the north side of the road, where a highway parallels the street. But the club's on the south side in a small strip center, next to a porn shop. On this Sunday night, parking was ample and free. Security guy out front greeted me, and in I went to the turnstyle (seems to be a feature in CA clubs). After a moment, guy met me, says I just made the daytime cut-off, and only charged me $5 to get in. He warned me the day shift was almost over, so there'd be a lull in girls.

He was right - there were barely a handful of day girls remaining, and hardly any night girls. Only a half-dozen PLs sitting about. I grabbed a Diet Coke at the bar for $6. The big and brightly lit stage in the center of the room sat empty. Surrounding it were chairs, couches a bit farther back, and what I later learned were former LD chairs along one wall.
