Thanks to those who have gone before...

This review is for a weekday visit a couple weeks ago. First, a sincere thanks to all the reviews and reviewers that have been kind enough to share their experiences and tips about this club. Follies is certainly unique in a number of areas from just about any other club in the US , and i have been to a lot. First the tip to get there early was spot on. Both in parking without having to deal with mandatory valet (i got there around 11am, a personal best) as well as finding a decent seat (most of the high tops taken but i did get a decent table). Sampled probably a dozen or more lap dances at my table, mostly with good mileage, although a couple kept blocking my hands from roaming low. Aprreciated the tips re: Cuban dancers and aggressive upsell to private rooms. Eventually got smitten with a heavily inked dredlocked girl who was super cool, chill, and great conversationalist. She prefered a couch for the dances so she led me to an elevated one that basically was front row to one of the stages. Had to trip over one PL and his girl to get seated. After a number of 10$ dances headed off to the VIP room (the one shared with others). There was one other couple but they could not have cared less and neither did i at that point. Oh, forgot to mention i had to stroll down the stage to get from couch to VIP. Just following instructions but that action would be more than enough to get bounced out of the club very quickly in most of the venues i grew up frequenting. Definiely a great time and club, if you understand the routine. Several girls confirmed the thug life atmosphere at night. I'm going to stick to days. Thanks again for the useful info.
