The posted hours are correct.

I looked at the posted hours and decided not to try this place since it is at least an hour from my house and being out at night can get to be a problem if I stretch it too much. Recently I saw reviews talking about their experience in the afternoon, so I assumed the posted hours are incorrect and made a trip over from East Liverpool, since I was there for an appointment and didn't think a better opportunity would be coming along any time soon. When I got there the parking lot was empty except for one SUV that was probably the owner or cleaning crew. The hours on the door were the same as the TUSCL site. Following my GPS back home, I went down 11th st and near (get the connection here) Beaver Alley I saw 2 street-walkers, working a few blocks apart. I circled the block a few times, but then considered the fact I hadn't brought along a lot of cash I decided against stopping, just as I saw a patrol car had stopped one of them and was out of the car talking. She had a distressed look on her face.
