Typical club

I checked this club really quickly awhile back. Club used to to cater white and now shifted to black. I decided to go before the nightly cover charge, so I wasn't expecting much. As the review previous to mine stated, this is really not a dayshift club and they only recently started opening earlier, as they used to open at 8pm. So if you looking for dayshift activity wouldn't go here. I saw a fav from another club working here on my visit, but she was sitting with someone and I was literally just stopping by to see what the club looked like inside out of curiosity.

I was able to keep the valet at bay by telling him I just wanted a peek and would come right back out. He gave me 10 minutes grace to check the place and said if I was any longer, he would charge me. We both kept our ends of the bargain, as I was done looking around well within 10 minutes. If I really wanted to visit, I would park along a side street, but it is a little bit of a walk.

I thought the club was honestly too bright and boogee. Definitely a "make rain" spot. They layout is different as there is a 1st and 2nd floor, but primarily booth seating with only a few chairs by the bar, which directly ahead as you first walk in. Fairly large stage for a Detroit black club (probably a hold over from the white club).
