Trip to Indy

I was in Indianapolis on weekday business trip, so based on reviews and proximity to hotel,I decided to give Brad's a visit. I got there close between 9pm and 10pm, short cab drive through a sort of rough part of town but once I got to club it was OK. The club is not in a high traffic area (at least for Thursday night), parking lot was well lit and maybe half full. I used coupon from website to pay cover (no issues there, just need printed version). Inside the club it was dark, but enough light to see stage show. Good setup with plenty of access to tip girls on stage. Seemed like most girls stayed with regulars so if you wanted to get their attention, stage tip was way to go. I tipped a cute blonde, she came over to after stage set, we chatted for a bit, and then went for dance. Private area had 2 parts, large open area with no privacy (unless you are only ones in room), and then some more secluded booths. I took the large room option as it most more cost efficient for first dance. In retrospect, I should have went for more private area. The dance was good, but felt it could have been much better if we weren't a foot away from another couple. I got one other dance from a skinny brunette close to last call, again since girls like their regulars the pickings were slim at this point, and I should have just saved my money and time and went back to hotel. The one really good thing about this place was beer selection and wait staff. Plenty of good IPAs to choose from, and staff was really good about making suggestions and paying attention to empty bottles on table (by quickly replacing them with a full one).

All in all, not a bad place to visit but my trip didn't live up to expectations based on reviews. Maybe I picked a bad night to go, but with exception of 1 or 2 girls, others were average at best in looks department.
