Wanna-Be Vegas

The club is weak, like most strip clubs in Portland that don't go for the Portland vibe. There were not a lot of hot girls. The drinks AND dances were expensive. The stage shows were whatever. A lot of the girls were just lazily grouped around the bar, waiting or hoping to be asked to go for a private dance.

Here's the thing. Some of these clubs want to be like Vegas. Which is really a way of saying they want to push lap dances, and have guys spend a lot of $$$. I'm not mad at that. Get to the $$. But you don't do that by jacking the cheapest lap dance option up to $40, and having all your dancers list around lazily if guys aren't doing that.

Go to Vegas. See how it's done. The dancers give dances at your seat for $20. THAT gets guys going. It gets the guys buying those dances and the guys around them primed to spend $$$.
