Very laid back

On my second day in TJ, I was becoming a bit more confident in my abilities to navigate and be safe so I did some exploring. I traveled to TJ solo as a tall white guy who speaks very little if any Spanish. I was talking with a fellow American in HK and he was telling me that he only came to HK to warm up and that he did his real fishing in Tropical. Me being the explorer that I was wanted to see what his watering hole could be like (phrasing damn).

It was around 11pm and I had already been ariba at HK, so I needed some recoup time so I walked over from HK using the cross walk and ignoring ever barker on my way. Because I was a single gringo in the jungle of TJ I did not want to give the policia any reason at all to stop me. I went immediately inside the curtains and saw a jam packed bar. To the left is the physical bar with tons of seating and chicas. To the right there is a dance stage with small booths lining the stage. I noticed mostly locals inside and there were several of them dancing with the girls on stage. Very different vibe from HK.... the girls would smile at you when you walked by, but very few would be pushy. I found the American guy that I was talking too, and he invited me to sit down with him next to the stage. We talked a bit and watched the girls, but one of them that was dancing caught my eye. He motioned for her to come sit with us and she came right over with me. She was a very small girl with decent assets, but her face was very beautiful. She also could speak some English, and I used google translate to fill in the blanks. The Servers were on me quickly but not anything like HK. I bought her a drink and we started getting touchy feeling and eventually started making out. Not once did she push me to go upstairs with her, and after 3 drinks (I was enjoying her company) I finally asked her if we could. This is where things got weird, so I would love others input:

She said she wanted to go with me and for me she would charge 100 for the night. She said she was a dancer and that she couldn't go upstairs? I have no idea... but she was trying to explain that she wanted too but she couldn't, but she didn't tell me to meet her at a different time or whatever? She continued to grab my junk and kiss me passionately and deeply, but she wouldn't go upstairs. After 5 drinks I eventually got frustrated and when the Messaro came Over and asked if I wanted another for her I said no. And she got up and left. I watched her go with the other girls but I didn't see her go up all night... well within the other hour I was there. My American friend was long gone, he was hooking up with a waitress so I couldn't get any help from him.

So back to HK I went to get rid of my blue balls. Chica drinks and a beer with a tip was 200 pesos. I saw some very good looking girls but the quality looks wise by far was greater at HK. My comparison would be HK is where you get to fuck a porn star, tropical is where you get to fuck that hot Latina neighbor you have been starring at :)
