Early review from a semi-regular

This review is based on two separate visits in January and February 2017. The visits were on a Wednesday night and Thursday night respectively. This is being viewed from the perspective of someone who's a semi-regular (one to two times per month) visitor at the PC for about 11 months. So I won't go much into the details on cost, ambiance, parking etc.

Despite grumblings from below, this is still one of the best cost/mileage values in the DC/Baltimore area in terms of lapdances. As noted, the stage shows are pretty meh and are just really the opportunity to window shop and see what attracts you physically. Once you get into a nice convo with the lady of your choice, they are very open about their touching rules and what they offer if you choose to upgrade to VIP. Getting to that convo though takes some patience for newer folks, the ladies like to work their familiar faces first and when there are plenty of regulars it may be tough to get who you want. But be patient, despite indications by some below, someone will sit down and talk to you. These are businesswomen more than anything else and they need to make a living.

The lapdances are outstanding with some good two-way action if you are friendly and the dancer is comfortable with you. Of course there is variety depending on the lady -- we'll get to that shortly but I need to point out a problem with the VIP system. It's just simply a poor value given the $50 you have pay each time to use the room and steep rate per song. There are only a handful of ladies that make it worth the trouble.
