Ah the original Mermaid was a very dark place, debauchery in motion. $2 short dances, $5 intense lap dances and $25 all you can stand private dances. But they tore it down and built a new highway right through it. A year or so latter they opened the new Mermaids. And a couple of years latter I am writing this review.

They consider themselves a private club, so you need to join when entering. There is no charge, you just present a picture ID sign a spiral notebook and are presented with a membership card. The whole process takes about 30 seconds and the card is good indefinitely. They have a full bar in a separate room from the stage. When you approach the stage you will be fondled intimately. When the girls approach you at your table you will be fondled intimately. When you get a lap dance you will be fondled intimately. When you sit at the bar you will be fondled intimately. Lap dances are $10. Most customers think this is a waste of time and money. They go right to the back room or hang out at the bar. When you are ready for the next step, you pay the house $35, you go to any of the private back rooms and give the girl of your choice $100. You’ll know what to do back there.

This will have all been explained in detail during the initial fondling. There is plenty of free parking. The decor is mostly urethane plywood. The stage is against one wall. There is a row of high tables and chairs against the other wall in the main room. The girls rotate on stage for three songs. They will do what ever it takes to get your attention. The lighting is bright, which is a problem, because the girls are ugly. I would like to say this in a light humorous way, but I must be truthful. A guy can get about anything he wants here for the prices mentioned.
