Decent neighborhood SC

I like this place and try and visit anytime I'm in Philly. It's located in a very safe area, right on the edge of the UPenn campus and under a Chillis restaurant. Women here are pretty much all WOC, mostly black and some latinas ranging from 4-8.

This visit I was with a couple of my friends. The crowd was generally mixed, mostly black but a number of college kids of various races. I was approached by a late 20 something latina who had a pretty face and nice body but looked a little overly made up and slightly used. Neverthless I let her grind on me barside for a couple of bucks. The dollar parade is standard here by the bar so if you don't like it get a seat at one of the outer edge tables. She tried to convince me to go for a private (other reviews here go into details on what's available). I didn't partake but she did whisper in my ear and I quote "take me to the VIP so I can lick your chi-chi". I think I know what that means.

A tall and thin dark skinned black girl came by and one of my boys snatched her up. He returned 30 minutes later with a big smile. I think he and his chi-chi were happy.
