Not my scene

I show up on Saturday night, around midnight, and I notice that on the street there are tow away signs starting at 2am. So, I pull into the lot for a valet. The valet refused to give me a ticket for my car. He said, "It's ok, I can keep track of it. You don't need a ticket." I can just imagine trying to explain this to the insurance company or the police:

Police: "So, you just gave him the keys to your car?"

Me: "Um, yes".

Police: "Did he give you a claim ticket?"

Me: "Um, No"
