Has Potential
Decided to change things up and check out Gold Club for the first time. I have been a fan of Scores for a long time and have met some amazing dancers at PoleKatz, so I figured that trying out a place run by the folks who operate PoleKatz near Scores might be the best of all worlds, right?
Eh, not so much. But I think there are a few reasons.
First off, because the place is new, let's talk about the surroundings. Valet parking where you just pull in the front. The entrance is a little confusing to pull into, as you might be tempted to pull into Allure's lot (which is blocked off with gates right now) or come in through the exit, but you'll figure it out one way or another. Allure, for the record, is still closed, but their large street level sign still lights up and they still have their billboard up, so I forgive anyone who drives by and thinks they're still open, especially since the Gold Club is a building in front of the old Allure lot. $6 for the valet, which is the same as Scores down the street. Nice, but large, men greet you on the way in.
