Same as always

I've been coming to CCR for many, many years and it has always been a reliable source for at least somewhat appealing eye candy and moderately priced beers when I either didn't feel like or had enough time to get up to Baltimore for more intense entertainment options. This past Thurs afternoon was no exception. I echo the last several reviewers, CCR is what it is - a sports bar watering hole with some dancing on the side. I will say that interaction with the girls can be better than previously described. Many will sit at the tables for a while, though I think it's typically with regulars they know. And many will sit at the bar between sets, so they can be engaged there if desired. Anyway, I prefer the old days when they had more pool tables and didn't have the two separate areas. But I'm sure the alcohol revenue generated by having the smoking section bar far exceeds any revenue they got from pool tables. My only beef with the place remains the one-song sets. A dancer gets up there, spends at least half the song wiping down the poles and mirror and then is off to do her tip walk around. There's been plenty of girls I'd like to see stay up for another song. Anyway, you won't go broke in CCR and if you are stuck in Arlington it's not a bad way to pass the time. Time to get back to a real strip club...Tampa and Philly are on the docket soon, can't wait.
