MG2

Mardi Gras (MG) is nice club with cute young strippers but zero mileage. Eye candy only.

I decided to TOFTT and head over to MG after the recent raid. MG used to be strict, now they are incredibly strict with no contact at all. Some of my favorites have moved on and the replacements are reasonable but not as attractive as the past. This club will be subdued for awhile. Good for watching sports, eye candy, and surprisingly lots of young couples in the early evening by strip club standards.

MG is two level club. Access to upper level for common PL is gone. The upstairs is roped off and you must pay a fee ($10 day, $20 night) to go up there. Upstairs has couches in a common area and VIP. The dances upstairs are $20 and more private. The dances downstairs are still $10. I have found the dances to be about the same in both areas. The advantage for the club is additional fees and making the upstairs seem more upscale. Basically it is now "a club within the club", similar to the Cheetah. There are no stages upstairs, so if you are checking out the girls you will miss nothing being downstairs. For me, the change is for the worse as my buddies would meet for some pool and dances while being upstairs where the girls chilled more with us. Pool tables are history too.
