I have never given a 10 before, but I have been to alot of Strip Clubs and Spearment Rhino is by far the best. It has just the right combinatioon of rules and fun. Management does not let the girls run lose, there are no BJ's, HJ's or sex. But there are some very good lap dances;

Management charges the girls 50 to 80 dollars per shift depending on the time of day and then let's the girls keep all of the tips, consequently the girls are willing to deal. They want to maximize their earnings, so if things are slow the prices go down. As in any business, there are good and bad people involved, but I have found that the girls who have been there for a while are ethical people who are pleasure to do business with. No rip off artists amoung the regulars.

Be nice, get to know who are with, and enjoy yourself.
