Was in the area on business and after stopping into several local N. Hollywood clubs which were very slow (1-2 dancers), I tried Deja Vu. It was more of a traditional club than others in the area...stages, seats, and girls walking around. The area is fine and they have free covered valet parking which is great. Cover is $10 w a coupon and they have no dress code that I could see (shorts are ok). You can sit anywhere and there is very little pressure to immediately order a drink. They sometimes have pornstar acts so there are posters and pamphlets at the tables, telling you what's coming up. Also, there are many different dance specials throughout the week. The atmosphere is a little tame, a few girls walking around asking for dances and some on their phones sitting down. The best time is when the DJ calls out all dancers on stage and offers 2 for 1 dances. The basic dances are 15m for $60 or $20 for a 3m song. The crowd seemed pretty straight forward no rowdiness...mostly regular guys hanging out. The DJ talks a lot but offers discounts etc every so often.
