Not going back

We went once last Fall and the location was a bit small and strange. We left within 20 min after getting freaked out by the look of the dancers. They looked young!!! But we figured that we would give it another try... we arrived at around 11:30pm. Big bouncer again checked our email invite. This time, we walked inside and weren't asked for a cover charge...hmm.... maybe they thought the Mrs. was a dancer? It was another narrow but long Manhattan bar. Drinks and socializing upfront with room dividers separating the back tables from the bar area When we got there, there was already a waiting line for dances to happen. It was about five couples deep. The dancers remaining at the bar were 4-5's at best - using pro clubs like Sapphires NYC and Vegas as gauges. We talked to one girl who was a grad student. She was trying to get a guy to dance for but then found out that he scammed another dancer to the amount of $200! She kept asking me if she should bail on him or not. Hello?! She then spent her time talking to us and expressed her serious concern that the night wouldn't be profitable for her as she has to pay the house$100/night to dance there and the entire week was SLOW! So, we left again. This time we lasted an extra 10 min. This place isn't for couples. It's for weird single guys looking for a girlfriend experience for a few min. We aren't going back ever.
