Visit to Camelot while in DC

I visited the downtown clubs while in DC. My reference point is Houston clubs. In comparison:

This club, as well as the others, is like a bar in a downtown city. It's small and long front to back. There are several dance poles along the wall mix with tables. One of the clubs I visited had raise stages, there other didn't.

Drink was about $10, however they put you on a drink timer and require you to buy another drink after 30 mins. It seemed like a hard rule, and the waitress got snotty when I pushed the time and told her I'll order another later. Eventually said I had to buy another drink that instant or leave. Haven't seen this is in other clubs around the US, however found it in both downtown DC clubs.
