Another swing through memphis so why not Gold Club.

Don't get to Memphis as much lately. Was through so thought I'd stop in. Had a free entry pass in glove box from Bambi, been there since last spring. Picked up my long neck and caught up with the waitress a bit while scanning the place then tucked back against the wall as usual to relax. 2 stages going single song rotation. I wish they would do about 3 songs but I guess they like rotating out . I like to watch awhile and visit the stage a few times, see if she is worth getting to know. Had not been since last May to this club and no one looked familiar outside of waitress.

There are actually 3 stages, a small one at elevated VIP on left as you enter,, then a big center stage followed by a smaller stage as you approach the bar at the back of the club. There are, The first ,elavated VIP as you come in is completely open with a bunch of small couches and in pretty much full view of the DJ (but some dancers know how to avoid his gaze). I have had times when security and staff were patrolling it like it was a nuclear test facility though. There are VIP booths all along the right wall as you enter, and they have curtains that can be pulled for a 15 min session for like I think $125 , but they are so shear they may as well not be there at all so I have never gone that route. TVs all around, sometimes sports , sometimes music VIDs. There is what looks like a shower show set up in the rear right but never seen it used.

Was contemplating who I would try to get dance from when old CF showed up. She sat and we caught up a bit and ended up doing 2 sets of 2 dances ($25/song ). She was drinking beer tonight which is unusual for here . Seemed to be in a better mood and a lot more playful.

Like this place but cant get there as often anymore. Maybe will change that in 17.
