New Year's Eve Was Awful

I've been going to the Doll House for some time and clearly understand that it can be difficult to get dancers, who are independent contractors, to show up on some days. The answer to this dilemma would seem to be to offer an incentive and not offer threats of punitive punishments. There were only three dancers at the club on New Years Eve, with only one being attractive and one being downright scary, the trip was a total waste of my time and money.

Yes, I'll go back to the Doll House, sooner or later but there has to be a better way to run a business than to have your club become identified with poor to low quality dancers.
