Afternoon Visit

Lately I have been stopping here just to wait out the traffic on 95 going into New Haven with no intention of getting dances, just because they are not worth it anymore for several reasons. The dance area is wide open and brightly lit, has cameras, and a bouncer is constantly either standing right there or often checking it out. It used to be kind of fun but much more fun can be had elsewhere at this point without wasting money on mediocre dances.

On this particular Wednesday afternoon, a couple weeks ago, I stopped by with the usual intention of nursing a beer for a while, checking out the scenery and leaving. The dancer talent hasn't changed all that much, which is kind of mixed, but on this day I spotted a girl I had never seen before. She had an ass to die for, at least in my opinion, so I knew I had to get dances with her. She was tied up with someone else for a while so I waited it out, which I was going to do anyway. When she was free we went back and only did two or three dances. I paid her for three and she never even looked at the money or mentioned the amount of dances. The dances were as good as they were going to get in this place so there was no good reason to continue but I have a feeling she would be a lot of fun in a different environment. I think she said her name was Melissa.

I'll be back again since it is not a bad way to wait out the traffic and the beer price is reasonable. There are usually a few decent girls to look at but for the most part, getting dances just isn't worth it.
