I went to Deja Vu around...

I went to Deja Vu around 11pm on a Friday night. The place was full of customers but not over-crowded (you could easily find a chair to sit in). A good portion of the audience was made up by bachelor parties which seemed to be the norm for a Friday. The layout was pretty good with a stage in the center surrounded by a couple 'levels' of chairs so everyone gets a pretty good view of the stage. Lighting/sound seemed to be good too.

The problem (at least on this night) was that there didn't seem to be any women there. There were very few girls moving around the main area interacting with customers (I went with a few guys and several of us didn't get any girls asking for a dance at all!). There were a few girls up at the bar area (about 5-6) but they were mostly talking amongst themselves. I figured that most of the other girls were in the back with customers. At one point, a girl finally approached (she was actually not so young but still good looking for her age) and I decided to get a dance (2 for $45 - I think it was a special but not sure) in the back. They have two areas - one with 'stalls' that you sit in and have some privacy but is open on one side and another that is a set of rooms that have a curtain that closes completely in the doorway (there might have been other options but didn't get to see them).

As we went back, the girl showed me the private rooms first and said that we could do those for something like $300 and you 'get away' with more stuff (higher mileage). None of the rooms really seemed to be occupied. I told her I wanted to do the 2 dances for $45 and we went to the other area that was an open room with 'stalls' that had a seat and three walls offering some privacy but allowed the bouncer to check on everything easily. The dancing started up and was decent but not earth shattering. The girl kept her bottoms on (not sure if that is standard or not - I didn't really care). Some touching was allowed but it was fairly mechanical overall.
