While traveling to Portland, I stopped by Casa Diablo driven mostly by curiosity. The club is a bit tucked away in an industrial district butting up again a hill. There is a big sign that says "Montgomery Park", which is an old warehouse. If you see this sign, you are in the neighborhood. There is plenty of free parking, although most of the better spot are on a steep hill. The place looks a little run down, but not bad. The inside is like a big cabin with a bar on the far end. The chairs, benches, tables are wooden, instead of padded chairs. Well, this is the Northwest.

The club was fairly quiet earlier in the day. The club was well lit, and seemed more like a local bar than a strip club. At the sunken bar where a few chairs and a few dancers that appeared to be talking to some regulars. I sat near the bar since sitting on the stage was $2 per song. There must be some bank nearby that stocks $2 bills for this club. As others have noted, expect to get change back in $2 bills.

The few dancers working in the afternoon varied from beautiful, girl next store looking to heavily tattooed. I am not sure any of the girls I saw were tattoo free. Guess that must be Portland too. The dancers where trying to put on a show, but seemed bored at times as well. There is a patio where dancers would go out and smoke, which also doubled as a place for the locals to chat up the dancers.
