Worth the trip

Been meaning to check out this club for a while and finally made the trek. Have always heard good things so my expectations were pretty high. What kept me away so long were the driving distance and Springfield's rep for not being too safe.

The place is located a few blocks off hwy 91 in what seems like the city downtown. (I'm not local to the area.) It's convenient to the Mass Pike too. There is plenty of pay parking all around for about $5, or metered parking on the street. Do yourself a favor and pull into the fenced in lot adjacent to the club. You and your car will be safe, and you'll be sure to use the right door. Enter through the door from the fenced in lot, that's where the girls are. Enter through the door from the sidewalk, that's where the men are. You've been warned.

Cover charge was $10 at 9:30 on this friday night. I couldn't find any online coupons and didn't try to use a VIP card from another club. You walk thru a metal detector but no ID scanning or ID photographing. Reentry seems to be allowed.

The place is large, and occupies at least two floors. (There is rumored to be a third floor stripper dorm.) The first floor is two larger rooms and a smaller lap dance area off to the side. In one room there is a small stage. In the other is a larger stage, actually six stages, which doubles as the bar. Not a bad setup. The girls enter on one side then rotate around the stage through six or eight songs. With six girls on stage there is bound to be something you'll like. Most of the dancers I saw were pretty attractive, with only a couple that were used up and past their prime. I didn't see any girls go nude, and a couple didn't even take their top off. I was expecting a raunchier club with some spreading.

The lap dance area is wide open with minimal privacy, but pretty dark. If I recall, dances were $25 or $30 per song. There is a door attendant who collects the fee after the dance but she wasn't really monitoring the room.
