I was in Sacramento for a work trip and dropped in on a Monday around 8pm. Location, parking, and entry fee are as described in the other reviews. It was still a little slow when I got there, but it picked up as the night went on and i got closer to the amateur night show. I didnot stay that late, but I think the girls sai that it started around 11pm or so.

I grabbed a water and grabbed a seat midway back from the stage to hang for a while. Only one of two stages was active when I was there, but the talent was pretty good. I have not been to too many clubs in my day, but I'd say the average stage show here was much better than usual. Girls were full nude by the second song and very active on the rail. I was approached by several of the girls for dances and a few of them made for good conversation before the sell. None were pushy when I declined and there was no drink push.
