my second trip there

I came in the evening the week before, and it is almost an entirely black club at night. But there are so many girls (like 100) so it is not all curvy black girls, there are some slender ones too that I had a lot of fun with. But this afternoon trip on a Wed, the girls were more mixed. I got a couple of dances from a Cuban girl that did a lot of stick shifting. I asked her about vip and she said $250. But she didn't really sell it too me, seemed kind of disinterested so I didn't press her for details. Then I spend some time with a regular USA blonde, so there wasn't any language barrier. She was a great dancer and she said $200 for VIP. She stressed that there were NO RULES AT ALL in there. I asked her if it was 15 min or 30 min or what. She seemed confused and said there really wasn't a time limit. Not sure if that is true in the evening, does anyone know? I have never bargained for VIP (I'm in Tampa usually), so can someone tell me: are these girls used to being negotiated down? From my experience in the past, the girls would be at least slightly offended and limit the fun in the back. But if someone tells me that this is standard operating procedure here, it would help for my next trip.

Also, if you haven't been here, they don't take credit cards at the bar. This is the first time in my life I have seen this, as I like to sit at the bar and buy drinks for the girls for a while and get to know the bartenders. Here the bartenders don't give a shit about anything, because they get terrible tips. They do not smile at all and are not friendly. I say this, because I was definitely the biggest spender at the bar on the evening that I went, and tipping appropriately. My bartender had to stop other customers from walking away from the bar several times for not tipping! I have never ever seen this. She would say "EXCUSE ME, YOU FORGOT TO TIP ME!" There are a lot of cheap guys here. And after tipping her for hours, she still didn't give me preferential service. I had to flag her down to buy shots at least once.
