Christmas Bonus

I was in the downtown LA area on Christmas Day in the evening, coming home from a party in the Valley. What the hell, let's stop in at the Club Fantasy to see if anybody is at home. Guess what, they were open. On advantage of going on this day is that parking was not a problem. The place looked a little deserted, however. At around 9:45, there was a grand total of three girls working, and two were dancing. I waited a while to check out the two dancers, who finally came off the floor. Luckily for me, one was a girl that I had danced with before, but quite some months ago. It turned out that she had quit for a while and came back to work. It turned out to be an ok night for me. For whatever reason, the foot-patrol security did not bother to monitor the premises very much so that we were able to engage in some activities that, under normal circumstances, would have been more closely scrutinized. All in all, it was a lucky stop-in. I'm afraid to say that it probably won't be long before this club and all the other ones downtown will fade out of existence. That's just the way things seem to be going.
