Don't go!

I dropped by this place during a recent layover in KC. Total mistake. I was reluctant to pay the $20 cover, but the guy said there were several dancers, so why not. So I sat down, and waited for a dancer to go on stage. And waited. And waited some more. I chunky dancer emerged from the dressing room and walked around for a while, then disappeared. So I waited. And waited. An hour later, no dancer had been on stage. Ever. Another chunky dancer emerged and yakked for a while with some old fart on the other side of the stage, but did she go on stage? Nope. Not ever. Finally - after two hours (and my six pack nearly consumed), I went looking for the person at the door to get a refund. But I couldn't find him. Anywhere. So I left, pretty pissed off. So unless you want to pay $20 to stare at an empty stage, stay away. Worst strip joint experience ever. Headed to Dallas next week. Much better there.
