Thurs night give it a shot

So I gave PT's another shot, on a different night, a little later as an appetizer before hitting another club. This club has been described by none other than strip club Hugh Heffner, Luther Campbell of the 2 Live Crew, as the Latin version of KODs, which is a popular money throwing black club down here. With other descriptions of this club, labeling it a big booty paradise, makes me want to give this place a chance. So I hit it Thursday a little after 11pm. They accepted the TUSCL free admission, so that is working like a charm. Also Thursdays is $5.00 you call its, so it's not a bad deal at all. I get in, and there are a few more dancers than the last time, about 7-10 at the time. Dancer quality was OK. Only one that really stuck out to me (She was the stereotypical Ratchet Cuban stripper = dark hair, fake tits, meaty ass & thighs, one too many tattoos, and a face that if you look closely, ain't that cute). Club was still quite empty, and again a very high percentage of patrons were women. I didn't see any tip walk, but the vibe may have been too low key for them to start at that time. I had two dancers, who I was not interested in sit next to me and try to talk, and don't get the hint when I show no interest in them. Pet Peeve of mine, if I'm giving you the cold shoulder, its intentional, just move on. Anyway, the stage shows were pretty good, and that is a positive for me. I am a stage show guy, and this is an emphatically urban club, so the girls HAVE to dance. I would imagine the stage shows were still a bit muted as it was still early, but good for the time (there is a pause in the stage shows, to sweep the dollars off of stage, which is a black club type of event). However, it seemed like the club was not going to get going until later, and with another appointment in mind I didn't feel like waiting. As I left out, close to midnight more dancers & patrons were coming in. So here is where I think we are with this club. This is a party club, and a late night spot so it's not really a PL type of place. I would like to see it when its going, but I'm not a weekend clubber, and not a party vibe clubber. So I don't think this club is what I need it to be, when I want it. But for those chasing the Ratchet Latin club experience or the Latin KOD as Luke calls it, this is probably it.
