This review is from an entertainer's view. I inquired about a position here & the DJ is pretty much talking me through the steps. He even checked on me throughout the week to make sure I was still coming out there. I found that odd due to the fact that he practically begged me...but hey, what the hell?! I needed the extra money & he was polite! I loaded up my car & made the hour drive from southwest Houston to Galveston. I finally arrived & saw about 4 cars parked outside. I went in & checked in with Chris. He hired me on the spot & we went to fill out paperwork. All of a sudden, the owner's wife bursts in being loud, belligerent, & rude! She tells Chris he doesn't have time to be hiring anyone or filling out paperwork & that we need to do this by the bar. I politely agree & do as I'm told. Chris is annoyed at this point because she's on his ass like white on rice about EVERYTHING! /)3 asks where I live then rudely shouts out "How are you going to get to work everyday?!" Now, I know some strippers are irresponsible or simply choose not to have a car. However, I need to be able to get around so I again politely explain to her that I have a vehicle. She proceeds to speak to Chris in their native language. I can't confirm or deny that anything negative or positive was said about me. Anyway, /9 times passes & I decide to go & speak to the DJ, Big O. Kind guy, obviously ill informed about his place of employment. So I get back to the bar area & Chris politely explains to me that the owner's wife feels as tho there are too many girls tonight & if I could come back Wednesday. Then she loudly (& don't forget rudely) interrupts the conversation & says I won't make it to work so I can't dance tonight & that I need to come back Wednesday because there are too many girls. Yeah I was so confused too. But I was also pissed because the DJ had practically begged me to come out there! I wasted time, energy, & gas going all the way out there. But whatever, I grab my things & walk out the door. As I'm walking out, the wind catches the door. My hands were full so I wasn't going to try & chase it either. So I get to my car & realize I had left my keys inside. All of a sudden the owner runs out towards me saying she was calling the cops because I tried to break her door! Fired me & all! So now I'm pissed! All of 5 customers in there with 5 or 6 girls & no money being made...but you're gonna fire me from that hell hole?! I go back in & she tells me I was trying to break her door because someone else broke her door last week! Sound stupid?! Yeah, it really was! The girls are by far the friendliest & they're really pretty. But those owners...tuh! They bring that club down past hell!
