Review at shift change and beyond

Historically I was a day shift patron. It has been about 16 months since it was convenient for me to sop in. I stopped in toward end of day shift on Sat.Dec. 10. As usual, free food was available. 3 dancers were working, maybe some had already left. I recognized one of them as a popular gal (H),who is quite good on the pole(no pun intended). She had gained a little weight since I last saw her last year but was still cute and good a her craft. Another was a sexy black chick with lightened hair. Then their was the girl with the large shoulder tattoo and big lousy attitude, The place was somewhat quiet. The night shift was slow to arrive, only a small black girl (L) with a nice frame and great ass was on time. Then a good looking white girl (V) with HUGE bolt-ons came in and was nice to look at if nothing else, Eventually a Hispanic gal with a face of 6 and a body of 8 came in. Those were the only 3 dancers there until after 9pm. Only L seemed concerned with making sure the stage was manned, the other 2 had to be chased down to take their turns. After 9pm at least 3 more girls came in at various intervals but went and mostly stayed in the locker room. One came out to give a lap dance to a regular that she had seen upon entering then went on her way 2 other passed thru the main room before hiding again. At 10pm I decided it was time to head out. In the 4 1/2 hours I was there the VIP room was used one time on each shift and maybe the lap dance area was used 5 times. One of the late arrivals took the stage just before I left, others never mingled or worked the stage while I was there. Very little money was earned by the ladies during that whole time. Why they go to a strip club, pay the house fee and spend so much time hiding from customers is beyond me. Only L would be exempt from my ranting about the lack of customer relations on this day if I was in management,, and L barely escapes my criticism. Even at 10pm the place was not even close to being full of customers. I guess nobody wants to pay admission to go drink $5 beers, look at TV and see girls disappear into a locker room maybe to be seen in a half hour. The ladies need to make the place worth coming to, be available, be sociable but be careful not to harass customers while working the room.
