OK, but not Great

Arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night and obviously early. The cover was $8 and they put on a wrist band. I went to the bar and got a drink (cranberry and vodka). I think it was $6, but the weird part was I got some $2 bills in change....not sure what the deal is there. I guess they want you to spend it while in the club. Around 9pm more people starting showing up as well as the dancers. I would guess 20-25 dancers...mostly white, but serval AA. Everyone was friendly enough and laid back. No lap dances on the floor only in the VIP and they were $20 per dance and the songs where shortened. I didn't do any lap dances so can't describe, but the vibe I was getting was nothing to write home about. Ended up talking to one dancer (of course tipped her for her time), but chose not get any lap dances. Definitely a locals hang out. One stage and only one dancer at a time while I was there. Very little tipping at the stage so the dances were very low energy at least while I was there. I did leave around 11pm so it could get more enthusiastic as it gets later. All-in-all OK, but not great.
