Return Visit

Been to the Playhouse a few times and have reviewed in the past. Generally have always had a good time....which leads to a certain level of expectation. Sadly, tonight was a disappointment. Got there around 9...which I thought would be good....since I have usually visited earlier. Seems unfair to complain about just a regular strip club experience - which this was. But, I have come to expect more from the Playhouse. Had a two lap dances from a nice looking girl, but the dance went nowhere. Went back to the bar to nurse my beer, and got convinced to try again by another girl. Again, kind of disappointing, so I stopped the financial bleeding after one dance this time. There was an offer of an upsell....but it all became too rich for my blood by that point. I'm out $105 for lap dances and tips, a bunch of ones at the bar, and the beer I bought to carry in there. I think the lesson here is - this ain't McDonalds. You aren't going to be served exactly the same thing in the same way every time you go there. Some of it is luck, and some of it may just be what the vibe is like on a particular night....or maybe it's me? I dunno. Of course....I'll go back and try again in a couple of months!
