Good old Dive Bar

The Airport Lounge like the name suggests is out near the Airport. I was able to check it out for about an hour when I was passing through. They were collecting a cover, but when I went in the Door Guy was on a smoke break talking with some friends so I walked right in without a charge. Drinks were average price, maybe even on the low side, but I'm used to prices in the Chicago area, so I can't compare to other Milwaukee bars.

This place is a Dive, and I don't mean that as an insult. I love dive bars. The dancers were for the most part friendly, with one exception. She could have been having a bad night. More customers than I expected for a week night, but then again, it was probably mostly business travelers being near the Airport. Dances were offered, but I was on my way home and not staying long. The only major complaint I had was that the stage was very dark. I don't mind a dark bar, but a little more lighting would have been nice right at the stage. I'll stop again when I have time to stay longer.
