Cold Saturday

Went to Controversy late on a Saturday night. No hassle at security, bar is right on the right as you walk in. Not much space at the bar, but plenty of seating on two levels. 1 or 2 dancers on stage at all times. I was approached by tall blonde, whom I soon realized was drunk as a skunk. She slurred her way through a silly conversation then left. Another blonde sat at the bar and we had a nice conversation, but she left to go on stage. Then the drunk came back and asked if I wanted a private dance. She was vague about cost, but I think I paid about $140 for some indifferent period of time, during which she stumbled around and acted like she was ticklish. After that, I had another drink at the bar, then left. Usually I manage to have a decent amount of fun - good conversations, a good Private dance, maybe a phone number at the end of the evening - but this place just seemed awkward, like no one was having a lot of fun.
