First visit

I didn't really know anything about this place, but a favorite of mine who used to work at Showplace was dancing here and I stopped by to see her. I was expecting the typical New Jersey hole in the wall, and from the outside it fit the bill. Once I got inside, I was very pleasantly surprised. Not super upscale, but very clean and comfortable. And I was immediately floored by the talent level. Right away, I saw a few 8s and 9s, and the vast majority of the girls I saw were above average. Definitely the best dancer quality I've seen at a New Jersey club since Cheeks back in its hey day.

I spotted my friend right away on stage, and after her set we headed directly for the back. She took me to the booths, which weren't ideal for extras. Some were semi-private and others weren't private at all. We found a semi-private one. The full Showplace menu was available, but with a little more caution. She spent much of the dance poking her head outside the booth to make sure nobody was about to walk in on us. The place was fairly full, so maybe it's different during the day. She got the job done, but it took a few dances as the whole setup wasn't all that comfortable. I did not get a look at the VIP area and don't know how that setup works. Assuming I go back at some point, I'll give that a try assuming the cost isn't too great and there is more privacy. I did find the place impressive though and fun can definitely be had.
