change at club cabaret
Stopped by club cabaret on Wednesday 24th. Depending on day and time this club can have several attractive, friendly dancers or none worth a second look. Today there were more attractractiv. Club is being sued over labor practices(dancers were treated as employees-but without benefits- or independent contractors if this benefited club owners). They have gotten rid of hourly promos which annoyed dancers and customers. However, they now have one drink minimum.
Some customers will come in to eat daily food specials, but don't tip dancers, so this doesn't help dancers. They have also raised dance prices to $25 of which $3 goes to club. This doesn't please dancers or customers. Whoever monitors dances to collect also watches girls doing dances much closer,
This takes a lot of the fun out of dances since dancers can't do a lot of the extras they usually do. VIP prices are now $300 for more 30 minutes inprivate area(200/club) and $175 for 20 minutes in less private, I don't think any of these will help club attendance!
