Has really gone down hill

This place use to be by far the best bang for your buck. They've expanded the VIP room from 4 seats to ~12 which is a lot better; unfortunately the quality of dances and mileage that could be had there has gone way down hill.

A few months ago you could get a hand on experience for $10 on the floor, there are still several ladies that allow it but 3 times in a row I was turned down for a mutual contact dance, it use to be I might get turned down twice in a night on a rare occasion. The newer ladies are not quite keeping the HiLiter what it was.

This place is still the best bang for the buck but it's not heads above the rest like it use to be. You can still find high mileage in the VIP but it's not as plentiful as it once was. The "down-grade" in quality dances has made me opt for other locations.

Since the quality of the dance has gone down you're probably better off going for better quality women and Bourbon Street.
