Visited Rouge on a Saturday. Physical club itself has always been upscale with lots of room to sit and open space. Entrance to the club has changed over the years but the rest stayed pretty much the same. Quality of ladies has gone a little down I found though in my last visit. There used to be newbie dancers under 21 caged in a corner but I didn't see any this time. I was approached by a girl who apparently lives in San Diego and comes here to work quite often. She was an 7 overall, top and bottom. Overall its a decent place if you want to sit down and watch the girls take turns on the rather large center stage. Dances were priced similarly to other clubs, though don't remember exactly how much. Upstairs VIP was prohibitively expensive, though. Will give it another shot in near future to see if dancer quality gets any better or not. Otherwise, there are other clubs with better girls around.
