Getting worse
I frequent this place (like 2-3 times a week, most weeks), but it's been a long time since I've reviewed it, it doesn't get reviewed often, and there have been some developments everyone should know about. I'll get to that in a minute.
Cover is still $15, which includes a drink. Two drink minimum that's never enforced. No alcohol by law, only Pepsi products and water. Enjoy the fully nude women sober, which is really the best way. The drinks are $2-3 dollars apiece, can't remember exactly. You can tell how often I order a drink. Dancers take turns waitressing different nights, so it's likely to be able to get them to show you their goodies for a tip.
This place is definitely a dive. It's open 7 days, 6p to 3a (2a on Sunday). It's useless to get there before 9 or 10, as most girls arrive around then and the ones who arrive earlier hide in the back and no stage performances until there's at least a couple of customers. They still illegally allow smoking indoors, despite the Kansas statute banning it. Place is a bit dirty and run down. The owner refuses to fix things up unless he absolutely has to. The most popular VIP room is the middle of the three, as it's the most private. The chair thing in that room is beyond help. The floor would be a better option.
Topless full contact lapdances are done in booths at the back and right side. $25/song, $40/2 songs. VIP there's a lot of controversy whether it's full nude or not. Most girls will show you the kitty if you ask to see it. Fill contact except the kitty. VIP is $100/3 songs, $220/30 min, $400/hr. My understanding is the girls get about a 60% cut.
Stage is typical. Of note, the pole is stationary, which kind of throws off some of the girls who have worked in other clubs.
The main DJ Sunday - Wednesday, Tom, is annoying. He's hard to understand, except he says "Monday fun day" and "Sunday fun day" a LOT . He plays the music WAY too loud to have a conversation with the girls.
Girls are a mix of black and white, but mostly white. There's two Latinas I know of. One's barely Latina. The other is VERY Latina of the Puerto Rico persuasion and is rather sexy. Girls are everywhere from anorexic to morbidly obese. Attractiveness is a good range. Breast size and shape is a good range too. There's a girl here for everyone if you show up on the right night. Some are good at nude entertainment, some terrible. There's a lot of GPS going on lately, especially on Wednesday. Full nude on stage is mandatory, but a few of the girls will refuse to get full nude, often don't get topless, and will pick extremely short songs. If they're told to get full nude, they'll wait until literally five seconds are left of the last song of their two song sets. Of course the GPS girls are usually invariably also ROBs. One very attractive girl once approached me for a VIP. I asked her if she gets full nude in there. She said that costs an extra $200. Well, good luck with that, honey!
The manager Pat is a huge problem. He treats the girls very poorly. He even assaulted one of them and broke her arm just last year.
Now the serious development: About two nights ago, Pat decided to install cameras in the VIP rooms. This makes the girls extremely nervous because Pat is very mentally unstable and changes the "rules" on a whim. This is causing them to give very poor VIP dances. It really defeats the purpose of having the VIP in a room with a closing door. And his rule about not getting full nude in the VIP defeats the purpose of VIP. Hopefully this will hurt business until the owner decides to remove the cameras and remove Pat.
