After hearing so much about this...

After hearing so much about this club and the city of Anchorage as a whole, I took the opportunity to visit the GABC about a month back while on an intentionally scheduled flight switch (changed airlines in Anchorage) of 10 hours...

I'm not getting it. The place is like a big, woody dance hall out of the 1920's....ZERO atmosphere....girls were friendly and the prices for drinks (cheap) and cover (none) couldn't be beat. But frankly, the surroundings reminded me of going to a barn with naked women waltzing by.

My experience was the women were friendly, they were fairly attractive but there was ZERO sexual tension anywhere...the place was like a corner bar....lights were WAYYYY too bright and the music selection was so-so at best.
