Spoke about Club Desire previously and noted that it is my destination 90% of my trips to Providence. I thought I'd fill in the rest of the story on the second and third floors of the club which is called Club Lust. Lust is the private membership club above Club Desire. The initial membership fee is $300 and you get most of that back in spending power (It's been so long since my initial fee I forgot exactly how much). Every quarter you renew your membership for $300 which is added to your account and can be spent on food and drink in Club Lust as long as you are a member. (Including the Champagne for the Champagne Rooms) Any time you add money to your account during the month, you are given $125 in spending power for every $100 you add. Any money on your account at the end of the quarter carries over to the next quarter as long as you renew. (Personal note: I had some health problems a couple years ago and was absent from the club scene for a little over five months. Gerard froze the account at the end of March and carried everything on the account in late August)

When you exit the elevator, you walk down a wide corridor to the bar. The bar has three sides and seats about six on each side and eight across the front. To the right of the bar is a table area that has a half dozen table and chair set-ups and five or six tables with chairs on one side and a padded bench on the other. To the right of that (heading back parallel to the corridor is the Champagne Bar. There are a couple more table and chairs and a couple more tables and benches. The Champagne Bar is used for displays and fountains during special occasions and where the manager books the Champagne Rooms. The Champagne rooms are along the far end of the room behind that first set of tables and benches. There are three Champagne Rooms that are about 8' X12' with a loveseat, a coffee table an armed chair and a flat screen on the wall. The fourth room is about 12' X 12' with two love seats, a round coffee table, an end table and two armed chairs. (Perfect for a "Double-Dance)

Club Lust has a full kitchen and, much to the surprise of first time patrons, the food is actually very good. There is a diverse menu (kind of like the dancers) and reasonable prices that can be paid in cash or with your membership account.

This has been referred to as a "Regulars Club" because the girls tend to cater to the regulars (They should because the regulars provide a regular income) but Club Lust elevates that concept. It's almost like visiting Club Desire to see who's there and to meet a girl that strikes your fancy then inviting her upstairs to Club Lust for a drink or something to eat (A date?) followed by or preceded by a trip to the Champagne Room.

The third floor is up a steep and very narrow stairway, to a voice like a metronome (some of you will get it) Anyway, the third floor has a pool table, several couches and coffee tables, several giant captain's chairs an card table, several TV's and a giant exhaust system and although it's called a "cigar bar" I've mostly seen cigarettes not cigars. During the afternoon it's a nice place to get away from the crowd, perhaps snuggle and converse with the young lady of your choice. (If you're into that)
