nothing ever changes

nothing ever changes in this bar. Same dancers for years and years. they are getting older but then, so am I.

mostly Brazilian with a token American Dominican and Russian dancer to round it out. Clean friendly place where you can drink and chat and if so inclined do a bit more.

area looks dicey but street parking is safe enough.

the major change in the bar, heating. In the good old days the place was freezing during the winter and the dancers wore coats on stage (I kid you not)

now the place is heated and the dancers go coat-less. So if you knew the old freezing 5th ave and didn't want to come in the winter, have no fear that much has changed for the better.
